We accept cash and checks (out of state checks ok) but do not accept credit cards.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we ask that passengers with a reservation give us at least 48 hours notice if they find it necessary to cancel.
Is there a Refund Policy?
We will credit the prepaid portion of a round trip fare if given a 48 hour notice to cancel and just charge the applicable one way fare. The balance will be a $$ credit to your next trip but will expire in 2 years from date of cancelling.
What if I'm the only passenger? Will you cancel?
No, our reputation is based on “reliability”. Every reservation we take is a solid commitment by Havasu Vegas to perform. We think a reservation is a two way commitment for transportation. Our customers must be able to rely on us and we have to be able to rely on our customers.
What if my flight is delayed?
We will wait a reasonable amount of time for delayed flights. Our policy is to
do everything possible, within reason,
to get each passenger on board.
We and our passenger(s) must communicate throughout the day when there is a problem with their flight. If the flight arrives too late to wait, we work with the passenger for a solution.
Where do I find the van at McCarran Airport?
Terminal 1 meet the van on Level Zero which is one level below baggage claim. Proceed out the door on level zero and go straight ahead across the walkway to where the vans are parked 3 rows over next to the concrete benches. Terminal 3 meet our driver outside door 53 of baggage claim and cross over to the row just past the limos and look to your left.
Are Pets Allowed?
Small pets in a cage are permitted
and are placed in the rear of the van.
What is the travel time?
We allow three hours for the trip between Lake Havasu City and Las Vegas. This includes a short rest break mid-trip.
How many pieces of luggage are allowed?
Up to two bags per passenger there is no charge. A third bag there is a $10 extra charge. Limit three bags. Luggage is stored in the rear of the van.
Will the driver help with my bags?
Help with bags in and out of the van and house is provided by the driver. But at the airport we are restricted and have to stay close to the van.
