Lake Havasu Departure Time |
|
Departure times are somewhat flexible. We get to the airport at least 2 hours before the first flight on the van that day but never any earlier than 9 AM Las Vegas time. |

Mountain Standard Time - the van usually leaves town approx. 7 AM. We arrive at McCarran Airport approx. 9 AM Las Vegas time all year. |

Daylight Savings Time - the van usually leaves town approx. 6 AM. We arrive at McCarran Airport approx. 9 AM Las Vegas time all year. |

Mountain Standard Time – passengers are generally picked up between 6 AM and 7 AM. |

Passengers outbound from LHC are called the night before between 5 PM and 6 PM Arizona time and given their pick up time. |

Las Vegas Departure Time |

Airport departure time is somewhat flexible in that we leave as soon as our last airport passenger for the day has arrived. All inbound passengers are asked to call us the day before between 5 PM and 6 PM Arizona time to get their airport or hotel pick up time. We can accommodate flights scheduled into McCarran Airport by 2:00 PM. |
